## Shipping and returns

Fabric & fit: Combed cotton, garment-dyed. Boxy cut with dropped shoulders and a slightly cropped length. Soft-hand screen print. Hoodies and sweatshirts: brushed-back fleece. Ribbed crew neck with a V stitch, ribbed cuffs and hem. Oversized fit.

Shipping & returns: Printed to order and delivered in 20–24 days, tracked to your door. Shipping is priced at checkout, before you pay. Every piece is printed to order, so it can’t be returned, which is why you see your design first. You can cancel or change your order within 3 hours from the link in your confirmation email, and a piece that arrives damaged is reprinted free when you send photos within 14 days of delivery.

## Questions

What can I upload?: Anything you have the right to print: a logo, a drawing, a screenshot of your art, a photo of your pet or your people. PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest. Photos are cut out around the subject; tick “AI touch” to turn them into a cartoon or change something.

Can I just describe it?: Yes. Pick “Describe it (AI)” and write what you want, like “a frog playing guitar on a mushroom”. Add your own text if you want words on it. Press Create design and you see it printed in about a minute.

When do I pay?: Only at checkout. Creating designs is free, as many times as you like, with no account. Because a custom piece is printed just for you, it can’t be returned, which is why you see it first.

Will the real shirt look like the preview?: Very close: the same design, placement and colours. Before we print, a person checks your file and emails you a proof if anything needs a tweak.

How long does it take?: Every piece is printed to order and arrives 20–24 days after you order, tracked to your door.
